Having spent the last 10 years of my life serving the local church, I have been able to lead and participate in worship ministries of churches from 150 regular attendees to churches with over 10,000 regular attendees. These experiences have uniquely equipped me to help worship ministries define excellence for their context and take steps towards that end. I want to partner with you, in building up your team.
